Job Title: Senior Manager – R&D; (Liquid)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 15+ Years

Qualification: PhD / M.Tech / M.E. / M.Sc. in Polymer Science, Material Science or Chemistry

We are looking for an experienced R&D; qualified with strong expertise in Liquid Formulation, Polymer Science, Product Development and Technical Leadership to lead R&D; initiatives and drive innovation, product development and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the R&D; strategy and define short- and long-term product development objectives in line with business requirements.
- Drive New Product Development (NPD), formulation development, product re-engineering and commercialization from laboratory/pilot scale to manufacturing.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, alternate raw materials, new technologies and process improvements.
- Lead technical troubleshooting, product validation, performance testing and support resolution of technical/customer complaints.
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing, Product Management, Manufacturing, Procurement and Technical Services to ensure successful and timely product launches.
- Develop and execute the R&D; Product & Technology Roadmap,



including product improvements and new technology initiatives.
- Lead and develop a team of R&D; managers, engineers and chemists, ensuring effective capability and capacity planning.
- Support supplier development, raw material evaluation and technical partnerships to strengthen product performance and cost competitiveness.
- Ensure products meet applicable national/international standards, regulatory and compliance requirements.

- DOE, FMEA, Product Validation & Performance Testing
- Raw Material Development & Cost Optimization
- Technical Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis
- Cross-functional Stakeholder Management
- Team Leadership & People Development
