Role Objectives:
To manage and execute placement activities for the PGPM and PGDM programs by driving recruiter engagement, coordinating hiring processes, and ensuring smooth and timely placement execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Placement Execution
- Execute the placement plan and calendar for PGPM and PGDM programs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including recruiter coordination, pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, and offer closures.
- Coordinate with students, recruiters, faculty, and internal teams to ensure smooth placement processes.
- Track placement status, offers, joining status, and other key placement metrics.
2. Recruiter Engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruiters, HR professionals, and hiring managers.
- Support the Assistant Director in identifying and onboarding recent recruiters.
- Drive regular engagement with existing recruiters to generate repeat hiring opportunities.
- Maintain and update the recruiter database and placement pipeline.
- Coordinate recruiter visits, campus hiring, and other corporate engagements.
3. Corporate Outreach
- Conduct regular outreach to prospective companies for placement opportunities.
- Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable opportunities for students.
- Follow up with recruiters to convert opportunities into active hiring mandates.
- Support development of corporate partnerships for internships, live projects, and industry engagements.
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate placement MIS and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare regular placement updates and reports for the Assistant Director and leadership.
- Monitor recruiter participation, interview progress, offers, and placement closures.
- Support the placement team in ensuring timely communication and documentation.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Management, HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5–9 years of relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or business development.
- Prior experience in a business school, higher education institution, or AICTE-approved institution preferred.
- Experience in managing corporate recruiters and campus hiring processes.
- Strong corporate network and recruiter relationships will be an added advantage.
