Position: Sr. Manager-MEP

Project: Chandigarh Redevelopment Railway Project

Location: Chandigarh

Qualification: B.Tech Electrical + 10 years experience + commercial building projects + mandatory PMC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor MEP works for commercial building projects from planning to completion.
- Review and coordinate Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV and other MEP services.
- Monitor MEP works at site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and project requirements.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, technical specifications and method statements.
- Coordinate with Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Client for MEP-related issues.
- Supervise and monitor contractors progress, workmanship and quality of MEP installations.
- Ensure MEP works are executed as per project schedule, quality standards and applicable codes.
- Check and certify RA bills, measurements, variations, extra items and contractor claims related to MEP works.




- Monitor testing & commissioning of MEP systems and ensure proper documentation and handover.
- Prepare/review DPR, MPR, progress reports, inspection reports and technical correspondence.
- Identify site issues, coordinate corrective actions and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits of MEP works.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and provide technical guidance to the project team.
- PMC experience in commercial building projects is mandatory.
- Candidates should have robust knowledge of MEP coordination, project monitoring, quality control and contract administration.
