QUALIFICATIONS &

COMPETENCIES Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in human resources management functions, including three years in senior management level in reputed Industrial Organization. Graduate with post graduate qualification in Human Resources Management Functional knowledge in HC, IR, &

- Statutory compliance. Good interpersonal skills, excellent team building capabilities, planning, co-ordination and decision-making skill. Advanced communication and negotiation skills Analytical thinking & strategic decision making Should have worked in labour intensive work environment. Language proficiency in English, Malayalam mandatory and additional working proficiency in Tamil and Hindi would be preferred.
