Lead Management
- Handle inbound leads received through calls, websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements and buying potential.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM/ERP systems.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.

Customer Engagement
- Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Provide product information and arrange demonstrations when required.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers.
- Address customer queries and guide them through the buying process.

Sales Support
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Track lead status and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Follow up on quotations and pending opportunities.
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.

Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily lead follow-up and conversion reports.
- Monitor lead response time and conversion ratios.
- Share market feedback and customer insights with management.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
