Warranty Manager Customer Quality-

Responsible for monitoring and driving resolution of customer quality issues, warranty concerns, and survey-driven improvement initiatives. The role focuses on improving customer satisfaction, reducing warranty costs, enhancing product quality, and ensuring effective cross-functional problem-solving to prevent issue recurrence.

- Monitor and drive closure of customer complaints, warranty issues, IPTV/EPV Retro cases, and field quality concerns.
- Coordinate with Plant Quality, Service, Supplier Quality, ERC, and Customer Support teams for issue resolution.
- Participate in Customer Complaint Team (CCT) reviews and track corrective actions.
- Conduct and analyze customer surveys (TNS/JDP/IQS) and drive improvement initiatives.
- Monitor repeat complaints and ensure implementation of permanent corrective actions.
- Support warranty reduction and customer satisfaction improvement projects.
- Analyze CRM-DMS and warranty data to identify trends and improve data quality.
- Track warranty performance, customer satisfaction scores, and quality KPIs.

- Education: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical, Electronics, E&TC;, Mechanical, Automobile).
- Experience: 7-9 years in Automotive Customer Quality, Warranty, Service Quality, or Product Quality.
- Robust understanding of vehicle systems, manufacturing processes, field failures, warranty management, and problem-solving methodologies.
