Senior Manager - Construction (Civil & Mechanical)

Industry: Steel Plant / Industrial Projects

Experience: 18-25 Years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Construction (Civil & Mechanical) to lead construction activities for a large-scale Industrial Steel Plant Project in Rajasthan. The role will be responsible for end-to-end execution of civil, structural, mechanical, and infrastructure works while ensuring project delivery as per schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead civil, structural, and mechanical construction activities for the steel plant project.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site execution teams.
- Drive project progress in line with construction schedules and milestone targets.
- Oversee foundations, industrial buildings, structural steel, equipment erection, piping, and utilities.
- Ensure adherence to project quality standards, HSE requirements, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning,



and Commissioning teams for seamless execution.
- Monitor project productivity, cost control, risk mitigation, and resource deployment.

Candidate Profile B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

18-25 years of experience in large industrial construction projects

Proven experience in Steel Plants, Power Plants, Cement Plants, Metals & Mining Projects, or other heavy industries

Solid expertise in civil construction, mechanical erection, contractor management, and project execution

Experience handling large-scale EPC/industrial projects preferred

Knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, and project management practices is desirable
