CTC: Competitive | Based on Experience & Performance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Managed Services delivery for international Finance & Accounting clients across North America, Europe & APAC.

Lead multiple F&A; towers, including:

- Billing
- FP&A;
- OTC – Order to Cash
- PTP – Procure to Pay
- RTR – Record to Report

Drive Service Delivery, Due Diligence, Transitions & Transformation initiatives within Finance & Accounts.

Lead and mentor a team of 50+ FTEs, ensuring operational excellence and consistent service delivery.

Drive standardization, simplification, automation and COE initiatives across global F&A; towers.

Own and improve key business outcome indicators across all towers.





Monitor SLA & KPI performance and ensure achievement of daily deliverables and operational targets.

QUALIFICATION

- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Business Operations or a related field.
