Senior Manager / AGM Structure Sales

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of structural steel products for Railway, Metro and Infrastructure projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Indian Railways, RDSO, L&T;, EPC companies, consultants and key clients.
- Identify recent business opportunities and lead tendering & bid management.
- Handle techno-commercial discussions and negotiations.
- Achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 20 years of sales experience in structural steel / railway infrastructure / transmission / industrial structures.
- Strong exposure to RDSO-approved products and standards.
- Experience in working with L&T; and other major EPC / infrastructure companies.
- Proven track record in tendering, business development and order acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
