Purpose of the Role

This position is responsible for delivering vehicle performance via software development of ADAS Longitudinal Motion (Wheel slip) control and APA automatic park assist related functions as per program timeline.

Close interaction with internal and external partners for all development topics need to be conducted.

Job Responsibility

- Technical solution generation for ICE& EV platforms to improve vehicle dynamics by improving slip controller, vehicle dynamic controller and Brake enhancing features (Value added functions)
- Develop and implement different slip controller logics independently and test them for Production release.
- Project the budget required for aggregate development
- Conversion budget monitoring and plan for his function
- Effort analysis

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: BE Mechatronics/Automotive Mechatronics/ Electronics/ Electrical

Desired Work Experience: 3+ years

Necessary Knowledge

- Development experience in ADAS, APA and Longitudinal motion management and its value-added functions
- Hands on experience of development and calibration of different ADAS and APA functions
- Knowledge of functional safety logics which needs to be integrated along Slip controller logics to ensure its robustness and accuracy.
- Knowledge of automotive component development, product cycle plan and product development processes Experience of active safety system
- Should have creative thinking and collaboration attitude to get supports in-house functions development as per customer requirements.

Skills & Competencies

- Expertise in ADAS, APA and its working principle
- Awareness of latest trends and Solutions which are implemented to improve vehicle stability & Agility.
- He/she should be able to develop logic which can be integrated into existing software to improve system performance & Reaction time.
- Expertise in vehicle motion control and different vehicle attributes which affect vehicle dynamics.
- Robust interpersonal communication skills along with decision making and presentation skills.
- knowledge about Electric and ICE vehicle architecture, Vehicle communication & Diagnostics
