Job Position: Senior Legal Manager

Experience: Minimum 3 Years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)

Key Responsibilities

- Advise management in legal & regulatory matters.
- Draft and vet agreements, contracts, legal notices, and other legal documents.
- Conduct research on case laws and applicable legal provisions and assess the applicability of suitable case laws to specific matters.
- Contract Cycle Management.
- Standardize business documents, contracts, agreements, communications, and other legal documents of the company and set up SOPs.
- Automate and streamline the agreement execution process.
- Coordinate with counsels and lawyers representing the company in various legal matters.
- Identify and assist in the appointment of suitable lawyers/counsels to represent the company in its legal matters.
- Monitor litigation matters and ensure their effective handling and timely follow-up.
- Meet with advocates and external counsels regarding ongoing matters.
- Oversee courtroom proceedings and coordinate with advocates as required.
- Represent the company as an authorized representative/ authority holder.




- Be part of any functional committee / sub- committees formed by the company.

Qualifications & Experience

- Qualified LLB / Law Graduate.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Experience in handling both litigation and non-litigation matters.

Job Location & Working Days: Andheri West, Mumbai (10 minutes' walk from Andheri West Station)

Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM / 10 AM to 7 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
