Job Title: Semi-Conductor Recruiter

Location: Bengaluru

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior / Lead Recruiter specializing in Semiconductor hiring to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience recruiting semiconductor and engineering professionals across the US market, with expertise in sourcing, screening, client coordination, offer negotiation, and full-cycle recruitment.

The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers, account managers, and clients to understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality candidates within defined timelines.

:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for semiconductor and engineering positions.

- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Review resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral screening.

- Develop a strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, job requirements, and candidate skill sets.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified US-based candidates.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.

- Manage candidate submissions, interview feedback, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

- Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity records in the ATS.

- Work with Account Managers and Delivery Managers to understand client priorities and hiring requirements.

- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly recruitment and placement targets.

- Mentor junior recruiters and provide guidance on sourcing and candidate engagement strategies.

- Stay updated on US hiring trends,



semiconductor talent markets, compensation trends, and recruiting best practices.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in US Staffing / US IT Recruiting.

- Strong experience recruiting for Semiconductor, VLSI, Electronics, Embedded, or Engineering roles.

- Proven experience handling full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance.

- Strong knowledge of US recruiting practices, employment types, and candidate engagement.

- Experience working with W2, C2C, and contract/contract-to-hire requirements.

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major US job portals.

- Excellent candidate sourcing and Boolean search skills.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand and explain technical job requirements to candidates.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience recruiting for semiconductor clients, engineering services companies, or technology organizations.

- Existing network of semiconductor professionals in the US market.

- Experience supporting Fortune 500 / large enterprise clients.

- Prior experience as a Lead Recruiter, Senior Technical Recruiter, or Recruiting Lead.





- Experience mentoring and managing junior recruiters.

- Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms and recruitment analytics.
