Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Lead Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of hands-on software development experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, and AWS , along with proven experience in technical leadership and delivering scalable enterprise applications.

The candidate will be responsible for leading development initiatives, designing robust solutions, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality delivery across the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of software developers and provide technical guidance.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java/Spring Boot applications.
- Develop and manage microservices-based architectures .
- Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular .
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
- Develop and deploy applications on AWS cloud infrastructure .
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Identify and resolve complex technical and performance issues.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and engineering practices.




- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and promote knowledge sharing.

Required Technical Skills
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java and Java/J2EE technologies.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem.
- Strong hands-on experience in Microservices architecture .
- Excellent knowledge of REST APIs and distributed systems.
- Solid experience with Angular and modern frontend development.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud deployments .
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Good understanding of Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices .
- Strong understanding of software design principles, OOP, design patterns, and coding standards.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Proven experience in a Lead/Technical Lead role.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to make sound technical decisions and drive architecture discussions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and guide development teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes .
- Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, CloudWatch , etc.
- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ .
- Familiarity with automated testing and code-quality tools.
- Experience designing highly available and fault-tolerant applications.
