Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning and Forecasting Consultant to design, develop, and deploy scalable forecasting and predictive analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in statistical forecasting, machine learning algorithms, time series modeling, and cloud-based analytics platforms to drive business outcomes for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement demand forecasting, sales forecasting, inventory forecasting, and predictive analytics solutions.
- Build, validate, and optimize statistical and machine learning models for time series forecasting.
- Apply advanced forecasting techniques including ARIMA, SARIMA, Prophet, ETS, XGBoost, Random Forest, LSTM, and other deep learning methods.
- Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, seasonality, and business drivers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand forecasting requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Design MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, retraining, and performance management.




- Work closely with data engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines and automated forecasting frameworks.
- Communicate findings and recommendations through dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Ensure model accuracy, scalability, and business relevance through continuous improvement and experimentation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, or Forecasting.
- Robust understanding of statistical methods, probability, and forecasting principles.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Time Series Libraries (Statsmodels, Prophet, Darts)
- Machine Learning Frameworks (XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- SQL and data manipulation at scale
- Experience in feature engineering, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Azure ML, SageMaker, or Databricks.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with retail, supply chain, demand planning, pricing, or revenue forecasting use cases.
- Exposure to Generative AI and AI-powered forecasting solutions.
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.
- Knowledge of Databricks, Spark, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Certification in Azure, AWS, Databricks, or Machine Learning is a plus
