About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with solid expertise in enterprise application development using Java and React technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise solutions while aligning with enterprise architecture standards and cloud-native best practices.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java technologies and React-based front-end frameworks.
- Participate in business requirement gathering, analysis, and technical solution definition.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure application architectures.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and technology roadmaps.
- Lead application design discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
- Develop robust APIs, microservices, and distributed application components.
- Ensure application reliability, availability, resilience, and scalability across environments.
- Drive best practices for software development, architecture, security, and performance engineering.
- Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, and code reviews to maintain engineering quality.
- Support product roadmap planning and collaborate with business stakeholders on future enhancements.
- Drive adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and organizational standards.
- Ensure proper technical documentation, architecture artifacts, and knowledge-sharing practices.
- Monitor application performance and implement optimization strategies.
- Support production environments and resolve critical technical issues.




- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate build, release, and deployment processes.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, PCI, GLBA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical training and coaching.
- Contribute to platform modernization initiatives and cloud transformation programs.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 6-10 years of experience in enterprise application development.
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Java EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Extensive experience developing modern web applications using React.js and related front-end technologies.
- Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and software design patterns.
- Experience working with large-scale, high-availability, and mission-critical applications.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native application development and deployment practices.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services including EC2, ECS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Load Balancers.
- Experience designing secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies and cloud deployment models.
- Strong understanding of performance engineering, application monitoring, and scalability optimization.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and modern software delivery methodologies.




- Strong understanding of secure software development practices and compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting PCI, GLBA, and enterprise security standards.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead technical teams and influence architectural decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including business, product, architecture, QA, and operations teams.
