Job Summary

Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior IT Technician to manage and support our IT infrastructure across Website Development, Digital Marketing, BPO/Voice Operations, VoIP, and ELD/Telematics operations.

The candidate should be a hands-on technical professional capable of independently handling hardware, networking, servers, systems, security, troubleshooting, and IT vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, computers, laptops, servers, network, and software.
- Provide technical support to all departments including Website, Digital Marketing, Sales, BPO, ELD, HR, Accounts, and Management.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, network, internet, printer, and system issues.
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Handle basic Windows Server administration and server monitoring.
- Support VoIP, SIP, IP phones, softphones, dialers, and call-centre systems.
- Provide technical support to ELD Sales and Customer Support teams.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, licenses, user access, and equipment records.
- Monitor backups, antivirus, system updates, and basic IT security.
- Support CCTV, biometric attendance, printers, scanners, projectors, and office IT equipment.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers, hardware/software vendors, VoIP/dialer providers, and other IT vendors.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure minimum IT downtime.
- Maintain proper records of IT issues, resolutions, maintenance, and vendor activities.




- Assist management with IT upgrades, procurement, infrastructure planning, and implementation.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Support / IT Infrastructure / System Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and computer hardware troubleshooting.
- Valuable networking knowledge: LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience with Windows Server.
- Knowledge of VoIP, SIP, IP Phones, and Dialer systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of CCTV, biometric systems, printers, and office IT equipment.
- Basic understanding of IT security, antivirus, backups, and data recovery.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and IT asset management.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and vendor-management skills.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in BPO, Call Centre, IT, Website Development, Digital Marketing, Telecom, VoIP, SaaS, or ELD/Telematics environments will be preferred.
