Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design and execution of interior projects, overseeing concept development, space planning, and detailed design documentation. This full-time role is on-site in Bengaluru and involves collaborating closely with architects, project managers, and clients to translate requirements into functional and visually compelling design solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and presentations, selecting FF&E;, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Designer will also mentor junior designers, review design deliverables, and support in office supervision during key project stages.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically cohesive layouts.
- Solid understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Proficiency in FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination, ensuring alignment with design intent and project budget.
- Advanced skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools, Adobe Creative Suite) and MS Office.
- Proven experience managing interior projects from concept to completion, including client communication and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong presentation, documentation, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in high-quality residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors.
