Role Description The Senior Interior Designer role at DreamHouzz - Architecture & Interiors is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South.

The Senior Interior

Designer will lead interior design projects from concept to completion, including space planning, design development, and coordination with architecture and construction teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing detailed construction drawings, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), collaborating with vendors, and ensuring design quality and consistency across projects. The role involves meeting clients to understand requirements, presenting design proposals, overseeing on-site execution,



and ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines.

Designer will also mentor junior designers and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and processes.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Interior Design and FF&E;, with the ability to create cohesive, functional, and visually appealing spaces.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize layouts and ensure efficient use of available areas.
- Solid understanding of Architecture principles to align interior solutions with overall building design.
- Experience in preparing accurate Construction Drawings and documentation for on-site execution.
- Relevant academic background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with contractors and vendors.
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Prior experience in leading interior design projects, ideally in residential or kitchen-focused design.
