We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in residential interior design, client management, design development, and project execution.

The candidate will be responsible for managing projects independently from concept development to final handover, while coordinating with clients, vendors, site teams, and internal departments to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design Development: Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- 2D Drawings: Prepare detailed layouts, furniture plans, working drawings, and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- 3D Visualization: Create detailed 3D models and realistic renders using SketchUp and relevant rendering software.
- Client Handling: Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback.
- BOQ & Costing: Prepare and review BOQs, material requirements, and basic project costing.
- Material Selection: Recommend suitable materials, finishes, furniture, hardware, and accessories according to design and budget.
- Site Execution: Regularly monitor project sites, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure execution as per approved designs.
- Project Management: Independently manage assigned projects from design development through execution and final handover.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with junior designers, visualizers, site engineers, vendors, and execution teams.
- Quality Control:



Ensure design accuracy, execution quality, finishing standards, and adherence to timelines.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and contractors for quotations, material selection, production, delivery, and installation.
- Problem Solving: Identify site and design-related issues and provide practical and timely solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain project drawings, revisions, BOQs, material selections, and other project-related documentation.
- Project Timelines: Ensure assigned projects are completed within approved timelines and budgets.

Requirements

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in interior design, preferably in residential interiors.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Experience with 3D rendering software will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and hardware.
- Good understanding of site execution and construction processes.
- Ability to independently handle clients and projects.
- Strong design sense with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, confident, responsible, and professional personality.
