ABOUT THE ROLE

Casa Exotique is looking for a creative, technically strong and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to work closely with the Founder on high-end residential, hospitality, commercial and lifestyle projects.

This is a high-design, high-ownership role requiring the ability to take projects from Concept → Design Development → Materials & FF&E; → Drawings → BOQ → Vendor Coordination → Site Execution → Styling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop strong interior concepts, design narratives and moodboards
- Lead space planning with a strong understanding of proportion, scale, circulation and ergonomics
- Develop detailed interiors including ceilings, flooring, elevations, joinery, kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms and bespoke features
- Create sophisticated material, finish and colour palettes
- Select and develop FF&E;, furniture, lighting, art, accessories and soft furnishings
- Design bespoke furniture, joinery and architectural details
- Develop and coordinate execution-ready drawings and documentation
- Create and present high-quality design presentations to clients
- Coordinate with BOQ, procurement, vendors and specialist contractors
- Review shop drawings, samples and mock-ups
- Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections
- Ensure design intent, materials and detailing are maintained through execution
- Participate in snagging, styling and final handover





REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 5–8 years of professional experience in high-end interior design.

Experience with luxury residences, villas, farmhouses, premium apartments, hospitality, boutique hotels, high-end restaurants, offices or luxury retail is preferred.

Experience working with HNW/UHNW clients is an advantage.

EDUCATION

B.Des / B.Arch / Diploma or Degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture from a recognised institution.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

AutoCAD | 3ds Max / SketchUp / Blender | Rendering Software | Photoshop | InDesign | Illustrator | Excel | Presentation Tools

Revit is an advantage.

- Confident client presentation and communication skills
- Strong vendor and site coordination abilities
- Detail-obsessed, organised and capable of managing multiple design stages
- Able to work independently while maintaining Casa Exotique’s design language and standards

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Someone who can independently take ownership of the core design process—from client brief and concept to detailed design, site execution and final styling—while delivering a refined, cohesive and truly luxurious end result.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
