Senior Interior Designer

Location: Check Post, Siliguri

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our Siliguri operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in residential interior design, space planning, project execution, and client handling.

The candidate will be responsible for taking projects from the initial design stage through execution while coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and practical residential interior designs based on client requirements.
- Handle projects from concept development and design to final execution.
- Prepare and review layouts, working drawings, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, contractors, vendors, and other site teams.
- Select and coordinate materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, and other design elements.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure execution is as per approved designs and specifications.
- Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable design solutions.
- Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and execution standards.
- Resolve design and site-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure proper space planning, detailing, functionality, and overall aesthetic quality.

Key Requirements




- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in interior design.
- Strong experience in residential interior design and execution.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, construction details, and interior execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of space planning, design, and detailing.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to independently coordinate with site teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio of completed residential projects will be preferred.

Compensation

Up to ₹40,000/month, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, portfolio, and overall profile.
