Role Description The Senior Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for leading residential interior projects from initial client consultation through design development, documentation, and execution. Day-to-day tasks include creating design concepts, developing space plans, preparing detailed drawings, selecting finishes and FF&E;, and coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal project teams.

Designer will manage project timelines to support Aniwell Interiors’ five-week delivery model, oversee site visits, and ensure designs are implemented as planned.



The role also involves presenting design proposals, maintaining clear communication with clients, and upholding the company’s standards for quality, transparency, and material selection.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning, with a strong portfolio of residential projects.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles and the ability to integrate structural considerations into interior solutions.
- Proficiency in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution.
- Experience in FF&E; selection, including finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with design intent and budget.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and digital presentation tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in office.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with high-quality materials and familiarity with local vendors and contractors in Hyderabad is an advantage.
