Senior Integration Software Engineer (.NET | Azure | AI/ML | LLM & RAG)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Integration Software Engineer with strong experience in .NET, Azure Integration Services, and AI/ML technologies. This role involves building scalable API-driven systems and integrating AI capabilities such as LLMs and RAG-based solutions into enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop API & integration solutions using Azure Integration Services
- Build and maintain microservices-based architecture using .NET
- Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions using LLMs, RAG, and vector databases
- Work with Azure OpenAI and cloud-based AI services
- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of applications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements and solution design
- Follow best practices for security, governance, and code quality





Mandatory Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in C# / .NET (end-to-end development)
- Expertise in Azure Integration Services:
- Azure Functions
- Logic Apps
- Service Bus

- Experience with Microservices & REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with:

- LLMs / Generative AI
- RAG architectures
- Azure OpenAI

- Solid knowledge of CI/CD and deployments
- Experience with SQL / PostgreSQL databases
- Exposure to Angular (basic level)

Good to Have:

- Experience with Python for AI/ML workflows
- Knowledge of Vector Databases
- Understanding of AI governance and compliance

8–12 years

- Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)
- Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- Work Mode: Mon WFH | Tue–Fri WFO
- Contract: 6 Months
