Senior Integration Developer (Informatica CDI & Salesforce CRM)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Integration Developer to lead the architecture, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-grade data pipelines connecting modern cloud data platforms with Salesforce CRM using Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI / IDMC) . In this role, you will own end-to-end integration patterns, manage API scale and governor limits, and drive data engineering best practices. Experience in the Healthcare domain (HIPAA, PHI, Health Cloud) is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Architecture & Pipeline Engineering: Architect, build, and optimize scalable batch and near-real-time ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica CDI and complex Taskflows.
- Salesforce Integration: Design bi-directional syncs with Salesforce CRM; handle Bulk API 2.0, REST APIs, Platform Events, external IDs, and governor limits.
- Performance Tuning & Scalability: Optimize high-volume data ingestion, Secure Agent configurations, SOQL queries, and database pushdown optimization (ELT).
- Technical Leadership & Governance: Establish design standards, lead code reviews, mentor junior/mid-level engineers, and implement CI/CD deployment pipelines for CDI assets.
- Security & Compliance:



Enforce enterprise data security, audit logging, and regulatory controls (such as HIPAA/PHI handling) across all data flows.

Requirements Technical Skills & Experience

- Experience: 5–10 years in data integration, ETL/ELT architecture, and enterprise data warehousing.
- Informatica IDMC / CDI: Advanced hands-on expertise with Informatica Cloud Data Integration, complex mappings, hierarchy transformations, and Secure Agent tuning.
- Salesforce Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce data models (standard/custom objects), API limitations, CDC, and upsert/merge logic.
- Databases & Cloud DWH: Advanced SQL, stored procedures, and robust experience with modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or SQL Server).
- Delivery & Practices: Proven background in Agile delivery, Git-based version control, CI/CD, and technical design documentation.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

- Healthcare Domain: Prior work with healthcare datasets, patient/provider 360 models, and familiarity with HIPAA / HITECH / PHI data privacy standards.
- Salesforce Health Cloud: Hands-on integration experience with Health Cloud clinical/insurance data models.
- Certifications: Informatica IDMC / CDI Specialist, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Administrator.
