Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Lab Manager to oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, ensure quality and accuracy of diagnostic services, manage laboratory staff, and maintain compliance with applicable quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure NABL/NABH compliance, quality control, and proper documentation.
- Manage laboratory staff, workflows, performance, and manpower requirements.
- Monitor test accuracy, turnaround time (TAT), and patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate with clinicians and other departments for accurate and timely reporting.
- Manage laboratory inventory, equipment maintenance, calibration, and vendor coordination.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.




- Ensure proper maintenance of laboratory records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with laboratory procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement in laboratory efficiency and service quality.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: DMLT & MBA.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant laboratory experience, preferably with managerial/supervisory exposure.
- Solid knowledge of laboratory operations and quality management systems.
- Knowledge of NABL/NABH standards and compliance.
- Good leadership, team-management, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with doctors, clinical teams, and other departments.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
