Job Title: Front Retail Sales Executive

Location: Petpro, Amritsar, Punjab

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable pet food, accessories, medicines, and other products.
- Achieve retail sales targets through effective product recommendations and customer engagement.
- Schedule appointments for grooming and veterinary services.
- Make customer feedback and follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Contact existing customers to inform them about promotions, offers, reminders, and new services.
- Encourage repeat visits and increase customer retention.
- Handle billing, payments, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with the grooming, veterinary, and retail teams for smooth daily operations.
- Ensure the store is well-organized, clean,



and fully stocked.
- Support inventory management and assist in daily operational tasks as required.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, qualified appearance, and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in retail sales, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
