Senior Recruiter - Job Description
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment.
- Proven experience in high-volume/bulk hiring.
- Prior BPO hiring experience is preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure timely closures by effectively managing the hiring pipeline and meeting recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
