? Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Illustrator with strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator, vector redraw, and digital illustration.

The ideal candidate should be creative, fast, detail-oriented, and quality-focused, with the ability to handle complex artwork while meeting strict deadlines.

This role also involves quality checking, mentoring trainees, and supporting the creative production team.

? Key Responsibilities• Lead and supervise trainees while ensuring quality and productivity

- Conduct quality checks (QC) to maintain accuracy and consistency
- Handle complex vector redraw and digital illustration projects
- Deliver high-quality artwork within strict deadlines
- Maintain excellent speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Review, refine, and correct artworks before final delivery
- Train and mentor junior designers and trainees




- Support the creative and production teams in meeting project targets

?️ Required Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design / Illustration
- Strong hands-on experience in vector redraw and digital illustration
- Mandatory proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Experience in trainee supervision, team handling, or quality checking
- Excellent speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong time-management and deadline-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Positive understanding of professional artwork standards
