Role Description As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading the visual design of digital and print materials, including websites, social media assets, marketing campaigns, and brand collateral. You will translate client requirements into clear, compelling visual concepts, create and refine design layouts, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Day-to-day activities include developing design concepts, collaborating with marketing and web development teams, preparing assets for production, and reviewing design work to maintain high quality standards.

You will also mentor junior designers, contribute to creative strategy discussions,



and participate in client presentations when needed. This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating creative and professional work.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including the ability to develop and maintain cohesive visual identity systems.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles, ensuring clear, legible, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Expertise in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Experience designing for web and digital platforms, including social media and online advertising campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and clients.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; prior experience in a senior design role is preferred.
- Video editing is preferable.
