About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with strong visual design capabilities and a good understanding of the Web3 ecosystem. Previous professional Web3 design experience is preferred but not mandatory. A senior designer with an excellent creative portfolio, strong conceptual thinking, and good knowledge of Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and related concepts will also be considered. The primary requirement is strong creativity and design quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and create high-quality, original visual designs for digital platforms.
- Design premium social media posts, carousels, banners, campaign creatives, advertisements, thumbnails, and promotional materials.
- Create engaging designs for Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, fintech, and technology projects.
- Develop fresh creative concepts rather than relying mainly on templates or existing design styles.
- Convert content briefs and technical concepts into compelling visual communication.
- Create campaign identities and key visuals for launches, announcements, events, partnerships, and community initiatives.
- Design infographics, website graphics, hero banners, illustrations, icons, presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials.
- Maintain brand consistency and collaborate remotely with content, social media, marketing, UI/UX, and product teams.
- Research creative trends and manage multiple design requirements while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

- 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking with a strong visual sense.
- Robust command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good working knowledge of Figma and Canva.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, visual hierarchy,



branding, and colour theory.
- Ability to create premium and original designs from a creative brief.
- Strong experience with social media and digital marketing creatives.
- Good understanding of Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, NFTs, wallets, tokens, staking, and related concepts.
- Ability to understand technical content and simplify it visually.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of After Effects, motion graphics, animation, or video design is an added advantage.

Web3 Requirement

Previous professional Web3 design experience is not mandatory. However, the candidate must have a good understanding of Web3 and cryptocurrency concepts and should be comfortable creating designs for Web3-focused projects.

Portfolio Requirement A strong professional design portfolio is mandatory. It should demonstrate creativity, conceptual thinking, social media campaigns, digital advertising creatives, branding, strong typography/composition, and the ability to work across multiple visual styles. Web3 work is preferred but not mandatory; overall quality, originality, and creativity will be the primary selection criteria.
