We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can turn marketing ideas into scroll-stopping visuals and high-performing video content.

What you'll do

You'll work closely with our performance marketing, strategy, and account teams to create creatives that aren't just visually attractive — they are designed to capture attention, communicate the value proposition and drive action.

Graphic Design

- Create high-quality social media creatives, paid advertising creatives, banners, carousels, landing page visuals and marketing collateral.
- Develop creative concepts based on campaign objectives, target audiences and brand positioning.
- Design performance marketing creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Adapt creatives into multiple formats, sizes and variations for testing.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while still pushing creative boundaries.
- Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing of hooks, messaging, layouts and visual styles.

Video Editing & Motion

- Edit short-form videos, reels, UGC-style ads, product videos and performance marketing creatives.
- Create engaging video ads designed specifically for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, music, text animations and other elements that improve engagement.
- Turn raw footage, UGC and existing brand assets into compelling marketing videos.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form creative assets.
- Experiment with different hooks, pacing, storytelling structures and CTAs.





Performance Creative Mindset

At DigiM, we don't create content simply because it "looks good."

We want creatives that perform.

You should be comfortable thinking about:

- Why would someone stop scrolling?
- What is the strongest hook?
- Does the creative communicate the product within the first few seconds?
- What visual will make the audience curious?
- Which CTA is likely to drive action?
- How can we create 5–10 variations from one concept?
- What should we test next based on campaign performance?

You'll work with performance marketers to understand CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, engagement and creative fatigue, and use those insights to continuously improve creative output.

What we're looking for

- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design and/or video editing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both static design and video work.
- Excellent understanding of composition, typography, colour, hierarchy and visual storytelling.
- Strong video editing and motion-design skills.
- Experience creating paid social / performance marketing creatives is highly preferred.
- Ability to understand a brief and independently turn it into multiple creative concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Ability to work on multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency setting with deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take feedback constructively.
- A proactive mindset — someone who brings ideas to the table rather than waiting for instructions.

Tools

Strong proficiency in tools such as:

- After Effects
- Figma (optional)

Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Kling, Sora or similar tools is a strong plus.
