Job Summary

This is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of retail sales and hands-on technical support. You'll be the person a customer walks up to when they want to compare three audio interfaces, troubleshoot a MIDI keyboard that won't talk to their DAW, or pick their first electric guitar. You close the sale, but you also make sure it's the right one.

Responsibilities

- Ability to demo products confidently in front of a customer
