Role Overview

Seedion builds mission-critical tournament management engines, live scoring infrastructure, and data platforms for international sports federations and major global tournaments. We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer who is a builder at heart, possesses deep technical fundamentals in architecture, cloud, and security, and actively leverages Generative AI, LLM APIs, and AI-first workflows to build, refactor, and ship production-grade software rapidly and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

- System Architecture & API Design: Architect, implement, and maintain scalable full-stack services for Tournament Management (EMS) and Results systems. Design predictable, versioned RESTful APIs and event-driven data flows.

- Cloud Infrastructure (AWS): Manage, deploy, and optimize AWS resources (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudFront, Lambda) and database layers to guarantee high availability and stability during live international events.

- Application & API Security: Enforce baseline application security practices, including IAM least-privilege policies, secret management, input sanitization, rate limiting, and secure authentication flows (OAuth / JWT).

- Generative AI & LLM Integration: Integrate LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude API, OpenAI API) directly into real-world application workflows for sports data transformation, document parsing, schema mapping, and automated processing.

- AI-Augmented Engineering Execution: Champion modern AI-assisted engineering daily using Cursor IDE, Claude, and ChatGPT to generate clean boilerplate, debug stack traces, optimize aggregation queries, and write comprehensive test suites.

- Data Layer & Code Hygiene: Design, index, and optimize MongoDB schemas and complex aggregation pipelines.



Enforce clean Git hygiene with atomic commits and structured pull requests.

- Clear Stakeholder Communication: Deliver clear, structured technical communication in English across sprint reviews, architecture discussions, and operational handoffs with leadership.

Architecture & API Design

Strong understanding of modular architectures, clean separation of concerns, data modeling trade-offs, caching, and robust RESTful API design.

AWS & Cloud Infrastructure

Hands-on experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining production applications on AWS (S3, EC2, CloudFront, IAM, Lambda).

Application / API Security

Understanding of OWASP standards, token-based authentication (JWT/OAuth), strict secret management (never hardcoding keys), and input validation.

Generative AI & LLM APIs

Practical experience integrating LLM APIs into production applications (prompt chaining, structured JSON outputs, context handling) and daily mastery of Cursor IDE, Claude, and ChatGPT.

Core Stack & Database

Node.js (TypeScript/JavaScript), modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or Vue.js), and advanced MongoDB (aggregation pipelines, indexing, query optimization).

Domain & Communication

Enthusiasm for international sports data, tournament structures, and Olympic-tier scoring systems. Fluent English verbal and written communication.
