Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead with robust frontend and backend expertise, leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and practical knowledge of AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, deploy and maintain scalable web applications.
- Build high-quality frontend, backend, APIs and third-party integrations.
- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and optimize performance, security and scalability.
- Drive architecture, system design and technical decision-making.
- Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor and technically guide developers.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Business and Management teams.
- Identify and implement practical AI/GenAI use cases.

Technical Skills

Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Angular/Vue, REST APIs, responsive UI.

Backend: Node.js, Express/NestJS, Java/Spring Boot, Python/Django/FastAPI, PHP/Laravel or equivalent.

Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL, MongoDB, Redis or equivalent.

Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD,



Git and cloud deployment.

Architecture: System design, microservices, SOLID principles, scalability, security and performance optimization.

AI: Generative AI, LLMs, AI APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, AI agents and AI-powered automation.

Mandatory Requirements

- 8 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong full-stack development expertise.
- Prior team management or technical leadership experience.
- Strong architecture and system-design knowledge.
- Experience with production-grade applications, APIs and databases.
- Practical AI/GenAI knowledge.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field preferred.

Ideal Candidate A technology professional capable of independently owning a product/module from Requirement → Architecture → Development → Testing → Deployment → Maintenance, while leading and mentoring the engineering team.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
