Required

- 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong full stack ownership — React + Node.js + TypeScript, both sides, not one
- B2B SaaS background — built for enterprise clients, not consumers
- Comfortable in fast-moving, early-stage environments
- Robust API design and data modeling skills — has designed and owned backend services, not just consumed them
- Experience taking a feature from spec (or ambiguity) to production with minimal hand-holding

MUST HAVE - React + Node.js + JavaScript + TypeScript + GraphQL

Preferred

- Experience with modern React patterns (hooks, server components, state management at scale)
- Experience designing and scaling Node.js/TypeScript services in production
- Familiarity with CI/CD, testing practices, and code review standards on a small team • Founder or early-stage startup experience
- Worked at a US-based or US-facing product company
