About The Client

Essential Job Functions:

Solution Design & Architecture

- Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents for iHub platform features.

- Design and review UX workflows in close collaboration with product and design teams.

- Define, review, and recommend UI and backend implementation approaches with scalability, security, and maintainability in mind.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.

- Drive upgrade and maintenance activities for the Karavan web application.

Technology Leadership

- Establish best practices for UI and backend development across the team.

- Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and architecture principles.

- Set up test strategies, code quality benchmarks, and quality assurance processes.

- Recommend and implement performance tuning and optimization guidelines.

- Conduct detailed code reviews and functional validations to ensure robustness and Maintainability

Core Technical Skills

- Backend: Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture.

- Frontend: React.js, Redux/Context API, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3,

- Responsive Design.

- Databases: NoSQL (cosmosDB preferred).

- DevOps/Tools: Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines (Azure devops), Docker,

- Kubernetes.

- Testing: JUnit, Mockito, Cypress/Jest, Postman.

- Cloud Platforms: AWS/Azure (preferred)..

Qualifications

- Total Experience 12+ Years

- Relevant Experience 10+Years

Mandatory skills

- 12+ years in software design, development, and delivery with deep expertise in Java, React.js, and Spring Boot

- Full stack, Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture.

- 12+ years’ experience in end-to-end application design and development.





- Strong background in solution architecture, software design principles, and system
- integration.

- Proven experience in mentoring developers and driving engineering excellence.

- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for delivery planning.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Desired skills

- Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture.
