Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js.

- Manage feature development from requirement analysis through deployment and production support.

- Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.

- Develop secure and scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

- Designgada MongoDB schemas, indexes, aggregations and optimized queries.

- Integrate third-party APIs, microservices and authentication systems.

- Conduct code reviews and maintain coding, testing and security standards.

- Troubleshoot application, integration and production issues.

- Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA and DevOps teams.

- Mentor junior developers and participate in Agile/Scrum activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of professional full-stack development experience.

- Strong hands-on expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js.

- Good knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs and microservices.

- Experience with MongoDB schema design,



indexing, aggregation and query optimization.

- Understanding of JWT, OAuth, role-based access control and application security.

- Experience with Git, testing tools, Docker, CI/CDon and cloud platforms.

- Strong system-design, debugging and problem-solving abilities.

- Capable of independently managing features from requirement to production.

- Good communication, teamwork, ownership and mentoring skills.

- B.Tech/B.E., MCA, M.Tech or equivalent qualification in Computer Science/IT is preferred.
