Raxvor

India

Raxvor is The Human Expression Universe, a social platform built around human expression, real-time connection, and meaningful interaction.

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer who has already worked on production-level Chatroom and Live Streaming applications and can immediately contribute to Raxvor's real-time Chatroom ecosystem.

This is a specialized role, not a general Flutter development position.

Important: Please Read Before Applying

We are NOT looking for a developer who wants to learn Chatroom or Live Streaming development on the job.

If you have only worked on general Flutter applications and have limited or no hands-on experience with Chatroom / Live Streaming apps, please DO NOT APPLY.

We are specifically looking for someone who has already built, integrated, maintained, or significantly contributed to production Chatroom / Live Streaming applications.

Tutorials, courses, personal experiments, theoretical knowledge, or projects created primarily by following AI-generated solutions will not be considered equivalent to production experience.

What We Are Looking For

You should have strong practical experience with the ecosystem commonly found in up-to-date social Chatroom and Live Streaming applications.

Experience with several of the following is highly important:

- Real-time Voice Chatrooms
- Multi-user Voice Rooms
- Host, Speaker and Audience systems
- Agora RTC
- Real-time Chat
- Virtual Gifting
- Virtual Coins / Virtual Currency
- Gift animations and real-time gift events
- PK Battles / Battles
- Couple / CP systems
- User Frames
- Entry Effects
- Chat Bubbles
- User Levels
- VIP / Membership systems
- Rankings and Leaderboards
- Room Owner / Host earning systems
- Real-time room interactions
- Room moderation
- Mute, Kick, Ban and User Management
- Game systems such as Greedy and similar real-time room games
- Wallet / Recharge / Transaction-related systems
- Real-time synchronization and event handling

You do not need to have personally implemented every single feature listed above, but you must have substantial real-world experience with this type of application and understand how these systems work.

Mandatory Technical Requirements

Flutter and Dart

- Strong production experience with Flutter and Dart
- Experience building complex, real-time mobile applications
- Strong understanding of application architecture and state management
- Ability to work with an existing production codebase
- Ability to understand existing architecture before making changes
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills

Agora Hands-on Agora experience is mandatory.

You should have practical experience with Agora RTC and ideally have worked with:

- Voice chatrooms
- Channel management
- Host / audience roles
- Speaker management
- Real-time room events
- Audio state management
- Network and reconnection handling
- Room lifecycle management

If you have never worked with Agora in a real production application, this role is not a fit .

Supabase

Hands-on Supabase experience is mandatory.

You should be comfortable working with:

- PostgreSQL
- Supabase Auth
- Supabase Realtime
- Row Level Security
- RPC
- Edge Functions
- Database-driven real-time systems
- Secure data access and transaction flows

If your Supabase experience is limited to basic authentication or simple CRUD applications, this role may not be suitable.

Your Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Raxvor's Chatroom ecosystem using Flutter
- Implement and improve real-time Chatroom features
- Work with Agora for real-time voice communication
- Build complex room interactions and real-time event systems
- Implement virtual gifting and related interactions
- Work on Battles / PK systems
- Work on games and interactive room features such as Greedy
- Implement Frames, Entry Effects, Chat Bubbles and other virtual items
- Build and maintain level, ranking and progression systems
- Integrate virtual currency and transaction-related functionality
- Work closely with Supabase for database, Realtime, RPC and backend functionality
- Debug real-time synchronization and edge cases
- Optimize performance, stability and resource usage
- Understand existing Raxvor architecture and extend it without unnecessarily breaking existing systems
- Independently analyze technical requirements and propose practical implementation approaches
- Collaborate closely on feature planning, architecture and implementation

What We Expect From You We are looking for someone who can understand a requirement and start working on it without needing the entire Chatroom ecosystem explained from zero.

You should be able to:

- Understand how modern Chatroom / Live Streaming applications work
- Recognize common technical challenges before they become bugs
- Think about real-time synchronization and edge cases
- Understand the relationship between frontend, RTC, database and backend logic
- Make technical decisions independently
- Read and understand an existing codebase
- Take ownership of features from implementation through testing
- Build production-quality features rather than prototypes
- Communicate clearly about technical decisions and problems

AI coding tools are completely acceptable as development tools. However, you must understand the code, architecture and implementation decisions yourself.

We are looking for an experienced engineer, not someone who uses AI to learn the entire domain after joining.

Communication Requirement

Hindi communication is mandatory.

You should be comfortable communicating in Hindi for day-to-day discussions, requirements, technical discussions and development coordination.

Required Previous Experience To be considered, you should have previously worked on at least one real production Chatroom / Live Streaming application.

When applying, please provide:

1. Name of the app(s) you worked on, if publicly shareable
2. Your exact role in the project
3. How long you worked on the project
4. Which Chatroom / Live Streaming features you personally developed
5. Your experience with Agora
6. Your experience with Supabase
7. Examples of features such as Gifting, PK/Battles, CP, Frames, Entry Effects, Chat Bubbles, Levels,

Games, etc. that you personally worked on
8. Links to relevant apps, portfolio, GitHub, Play Store/App Store listings, or other verifiable work where available

Please clearly describe your personal contribution. We are more interested in what you personally built than what the overall project contained.

Who Should NOT Apply

Please do not apply if:

- You are primarily a general-purpose Flutter developer
- You have never worked on a production Chatroom / Live Streaming application
- You only have theoretical knowledge of Agora
- You have only basic Supabase experience
- You plan to learn Chatroom development after joining
- Your relevant experience comes only from tutorials or courses
- You have only built simple chat applications
- You have no experience with real-time voice/video systems
- You expect the team to teach you the Chatroom ecosystem from scratch
- Your relevant projects were primarily generated by AI without substantial personal implementation and understanding

We are intentionally keeping this requirement strict. Why This Role Is Different

Raxvor already has an existing product and a defined Chatroom ecosystem.

The right candidate should be able to look at a requirement such as:

PK Battle → Gifting → Coin deduction → Real-time room events → Winner calculation → Rewards → Rankings and understand the type of architecture, synchronization, edge cases and implementation involved.

You should not need several days of basic explanation before being able to understand what the feature is supposed to do.

Domain familiarity is extremely important for this role.

Selection Process

Candidates may be asked technical questions based on their previous Chatroom / Live Streaming experience.

The interview may include practical discussions around:

- Agora architecture
- Voice Chatroom architecture
- Real-time event handling
- Gifting systems
- PK / Battle systems
- Virtual currency flows
- Transaction consistency
- Supabase Realtime
- PostgreSQL / RPC
- Room state synchronization
- Flutter architecture
- Performance and reliability
- Handling real-world edge cases

We may also ask you to explain features from your previous projects in detail to understand your actual hands-on involvement.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a strong fit if you can say:

"I have already built and worked on Chatroom / Live Streaming applications. I understand Agora, real-time interactions, virtual gifting, battles, virtual economies and the common ecosystem around these products. Give me the requirements and existing codebase, and I can understand it and start building."

- If that describes you, we would like to hear from you.

How to Apply

If you meet the requirements above, please apply through LinkedIn or send your Resume + Portfolio to [email protected] .

In your application, please also mention:

- Your total Flutter experience
- Your previous Chatroom / Live Streaming app experience
- Chatroom features you have personally worked on
- Your Agora experience
- Your Supabase experience
- Links to relevant apps or projects you have worked on
- Your current location
- Your expected compensation

Applications without relevant Chatroom / Live Streaming experience may not be considered.
