About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Specialist in Finance and Accounts to manage the accounting operations of the group while ensuring financial accuracy, statutory compliance, and solid internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Maintain books of accounts for the group holding company and its subsidiaries.
- Manage general ledger, journal entries, trial balance, and accounting schedules.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Maintain fixed asset register, depreciation schedules and inter-company accounting.
- Manage the transfer pricing mechanism within the group.
- Assist in budgeting, cash flow reporting and financial analysis.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Process customer invoicing, vendor invoices, collections and reconciliations.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and ageing reports.
- Ensure timely processing of approved payments.

Banking & Treasury

- Process banking transactions and maintain banking records.
- Support cash flow monitoring and treasury operations.

Statutory Compliance

- Coordinate GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI,



and other compliances.
- Maintain compliance trackers and support regulatory reporting.

Payroll & Employee Accounting

- Support payroll processing, reimbursements, employee advances, and payroll accounting.

Finance Operations

- Support implementation of accounting software and process automation.
- Maintain accounting policies, finance documentation, and approval records.

Qualifications & Experience

- Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary with 48 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in managing complete books of accounts.
- Experience in a multi-company environment preferred.
- Prior exposure to financial services, fintech, NBFC, broking, wealth management, or startups will be an advantage.
