Invoteo Future Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior Finance Executive to independently manage key finance and accounting responsibilities for Invoteo Future Pvt Ltd and Express Network.

The role requires strong practical experience in GST, TDS, accounting, reconciliations, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, MIS reporting and financial control.

The ideal candidate should be accurate, accountable and capable of providing management with timely and reliable financial information for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities for both companies.

Prepare GST workings and ensure timely GST return filing and statutory compliance.

Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments and related compliance.

Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting financial documentation.

Perform bank, ledger and account reconciliations.

Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable and outstanding collections.

Prepare and monitor company budgets.

Conduct Budget vs Actual Analysis and highlight significant variances.

Prepare cash-flow forecasts and monitor upcoming financial commitments.

Prepare periodic MIS and management financial reports.

Track statutory payments, filings and finance-related deadlines.

Identify discrepancies, accounting errors and financial control gaps and ensure timely corrective action.

Support management with financial analysis, forecasts and decision-making information.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Purchase and Management for finance-related requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 4 years of relevant hands-on experience in Finance / Accounts.

Practical experience in GST filing and GST compliance.

Working knowledge of TDS and statutory compliance.

Strong accounting and reconciliation skills.

Experience in financial reporting and MIS reporting.

Practical understanding of budgeting and Budget vs Actual Analysis.

Experience or robust working knowledge of cash-flow forecasting.

Knowledge of receivables and payables management.





Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

Ability to independently maintain financial records and supporting documents.

Ability to manage finance activities across multiple business entities.

Compensation:

CTC: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA
