Senior Faculty – HVAC/MEP

We are looking for a Senior Faculty – HVAC/MEP to join our training team. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and strong theoretical as well as practical knowledge of HVAC and MEP design concepts.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering classroom and practical training, guiding students through HVAC/MEP design software and supporting them in developing industry-relevant technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on HVAC and MEP design.
- Teach HVAC heat load calculation concepts and practical applications.
- Provide hands-on training in E20 and HAP for cooling load and HVAC design calculations.
- Train students in Duct Sizer and Pipe Sizer applications.
- Conduct practical sessions on AutoCAD 2D and Revit for HVAC/MEP design and drafting.
- Provide training in Relux or Dialux for lighting design.
- Explain HVAC/MEP design principles, calculations, drawings and industry practices.
- Prepare training materials, exercises, assignments and practical projects.
- Evaluate student performance and provide technical guidance and feedback.
- Assist students with practical design projects and industry-oriented assignments.
- Stay updated with current HVAC/MEP design practices, standards and software developments.

Required Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E.



in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching, training or relevant instructional experience.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of HVAC/MEP.
- Practical knowledge of:
- Heat Load Calculation
- E20
- HAP
- Duct Sizer
- Pipe Sizer
- AutoCAD 2D
- Revit
- Relux or Dialux
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students with different levels of knowledge.
- Strong practical problem-solving and mentoring skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience conducting software-based HVAC/MEP practical sessions.
- Knowledge of HVAC system design, duct design, piping design and MEP coordination.
- Ability to develop practical assignments and industry-oriented projects.
- Experience mentoring students for technical interviews and career preparation.
