Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal, responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and supporting a growing manufacturing and retail solutions environment. Daily activities include overseeing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, administering compensation and benefits, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance.

The role involves handling employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, coordinating performance management processes, and supporting training and development initiatives.

Executive HR will collaborate with leadership to implement HR best practices, drive engagement initiatives, and contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with the ability to apply HR principles in a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Hands-on experience in HR Management and HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, with skills in conflict resolution, grievance handling, and building a collaborative workplace.
- Experience in developing, communicating, and implementing HR Policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality in HR processes.
- Comfort with HRIS or HR-related software tools and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, retail, or shopfitting sectors is preferred.
