Senior Executive - Indian Payroll - 4+Years - Pune

Location: Pune

Are you an experienced payroll professional with strong expertise in domestic payroll operations, statutory compliance, payroll reconciliation, and client management? This opportunity is ideal for professionals who can ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery while managing team performance and client requirements.

You will be responsible for overseeing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with PF, ESI, LWF and Income Tax regulations, reviewing payroll deliverables, and driving operational efficiency.

The team provides centralized payroll delivery solutions to clients ranging from 1 to 10,000 employees, with a strong focus on timely, accurate and compliant service delivery.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee end-to-end domestic payroll operations, including salary structuring and payroll processing.
2. Handle payroll compliance related to PF, ESI, LWF and Income Tax regulations.
3. Conduct detailed monthly payroll reviews, validations and reconciliations.
4. Monitor and drive associates/senior associates to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
5. Manage client communication, resolve payroll queries and ensure proper closure of issues.
6. Maintain operational reports, workflow tracking and payroll-related documentation using MS Excel.
7. Use MS Outlook for effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
8. Identify discrepancies and drive timely resolution to maintain payroll accuracy and integrity.

Requirements
1. 67 years of relevant experience in payroll operations.
2. Commerce Graduate qualification.
3. Strong understanding of domestic payroll processing and statutory compliance.
4. Hands-on knowledge of PF, ESI, LWF and Income Tax.
5.



Experience in payroll reconciliation and validation.
6. Ability to supervise and monitor team deliverables.
7. Strong client and stakeholder communication skills.
8. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Outlook.
9. Robust attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
10. Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery.
