We are looking for a Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience to manage and execute our marketing and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing)
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
- Manage and update the company's website and social media profiles
- Generate leads and drive sales growth through targeted marketing efforts
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve sales targets
- Create engaging content to promote Deep Construction's services and projects
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends
- Maintain relationships with clients and handle inquiries efficiently

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field




- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and sales
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, AdWords, HubSpot, etc.)
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
