Your responsibilities:

Order Processing: Order entry in ERP, Item master requisition, customer master update,



Purchase indent & Production Order indent.

Coordination with Operations & QC for material readiness

Inspection coordination & receipt of Dispatch Clearance from customer

Internal Dispatch Instruction & coordination with internal logistics team for dispatch & delivery.

Submission of documents for payment

LD/Deduction details to accounts.

MIS & KPI Reports ( OTDP, Sales (Booking & Billing) reports to Sales Account Owner, etc.,

Customer complaint handling, Customer feedback follow-up, analysis & recommendations

Contribute to continual improvement & team spirit.

Coordination for marketing activities such as Catalogues, samples, gift articles etc.,
