Location: Gurugram Employment

Type: Full-time

Salary Range: ₹3.60 – ₹6.50 LPA

Key Responsibilities

 Lead business development initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market presence

 Drafting proposals, presentations and Product demos

 Identify, engage, and on-board corporate clients, training partners, and key stakeholders

 Develop and execute outreach strategies including cold calls, LinkedIn prospecting, emails, and networking

 Present Cleveratti’s value proposition through proposals, presentations,



and product demos

 Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions for client needs

What We’re Looking For

 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Training, or Skill Development sector

 Strong communication and presentation skills

 Self-starter mindset with high ownership and execution focus

 Ability to thrive in a quick-paced startup environment

 Experience in corporate training sales or government skilling ecosystem is a plus
