- Must have a Estimation Experience in Fit out Projects.

- Gulf Experience is Must.

- Additional Certification / Training / Seminars Knowledge related to Estimation and Contracts.

- Effectively Manage the Estimation Team / Cost Control team

- Submit the Tender in specified time line without fail

- Get a Productivity from the team and achieve the target

- Regularly Update the status and details to Higher Management

- Detailed review of the tender drawings, Lease Out Drawings (LOD’s), Specifications, Bills of Quantity (if provided) and raise RFI to client for further clarifications.

- Evaluate the cost estimates prepared by the Estimators against the tender specific requirements, identify the discrepancy and assist in providing due technical support.

- Attend pre-tender bid meetings, Coordinate for site visit and oversee timely submission of the tenders

- Ensure the technical and commercial submissions required for tender specific requirement are strictly in compliance with the specified tender conditions.





- Prepare and maintain the Estimation cost database of raw materials, labour productivity and equipment cost of Civil, Architectural, Joinery, MEP works

- Ensure the project kick-off meetings have the Cost summary report showing Material, Labour, Procurement & Long lead item list.

- Oversee the ongoing project variations are attended with priority and proper cost breakdown with substantiations are submitted to client within a day or two.

- Ensure periodic follow-up with the respective Project Manager on pending variation approvals.

- Periodic review with the Estimator and monitor the Estimation Library is updated at regular intervals on the material and any other new products

- Organize and present the kick-off meeting with inter-departments
