Role: Senior ETL Test Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior ETL Test Engineer with strong expertise in ETL, Data Warehouse, Data Migration, and Database Testing . The candidate should have hands-on experience validating complex data pipelines, transformations, mappings, and source-to-target data reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute ETL test cases, scenarios, and test plans .
- Validate data transformations, mappings, business rules, and workflows .
- Perform source-to-target validation and data reconciliation .
- Conduct data quality, completeness, accuracy, and integrity testing .
- Perform database and SQL testing across large datasets.
- Validate data migration and end-to-end ETL processes.
- Identify, document, track, and support resolution of defects using JIRA/Azure DevOps .
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Data Engineers,



and other stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum workplace .
- Support root-cause analysis for data and ETL-related issues.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in ETL/Data Warehouse Testing.
- Solid hands-on experience with one or more ETL tools:
- Informatica, DataStage, SSIS, or Talend .
- Solid SQL and database testing skills.
- Good understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and ETL architecture.
- Experience in Data Migration and Source-to-Target Reconciliation Testing .
- Experience with JIRA or Azure DevOps .
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies .

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, or Teradata .
- Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP .
- Experience with ETL Test Automation Frameworks .
- Exposure to automated data validation and regression testing.
