Job Summary

Pharmarack is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive end-to-end delivery, platform engineering, enterprise integrations, and data/AI initiatives. You'll lead a 40-60 member org through Engineering Managers, Architects, and Tech Leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead large engineering teams with ownership of delivery, quality, and performance
- Drive architecture for scalable, secure, and high-availability systems
- Own DevOps/SRE practices: SLOs, incident management, observability, cost optimization
- Govern Agile delivery, OKRs, and cross-team program execution
- Oversee enterprise integrations (ERP, SAP CPI) and data workflows (Airflow, AWS Glue)
- Partner with Product, Business, and clients for execution and outcomes

Must-Have Skills





- 15-18 years overall; 10+ years in engineering leadership
- Managed 40-60 engineers via EMs/Leads/Architects
- Robust full-stack background (React/Next.js + Node.js)
- Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and system design
- Hands-on with AWS, DevOps/SRE, CI/CD, and observability tools

Education: BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent experience
