Hiring: Lead Electronics Hardware Engineer | Pune

Location: Pune

Experience: 5-9 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

We are looking for an experienced Lead Electronics Hardware Engineer with a solid background in automotive electronics to join our team in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:
- *Design and develop automotive electronic hardware for lighting systems.

*Perform schematic design, PCB review, hardware validation, and debugging.

Support product development from RFQ to SOP, including prototype and production support.

*Ensure compliance with automotive EMI/EMC and quality requirements.

*Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Optics, Quality, Manufacturing, and Program Management).

*Interact with customers, suppliers, and EMS partners for technical discussions and issue resolution.

*Prepare technical documentation,



project plans, design reviews, and release documents.

*Support root cause analysis, product benchmarking, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills:
- *Experience in automotive electronics hardware design.

*Knowledge of LED drivers (Linear/DC-DC Converters).

*Understanding of PCB design, PCB manufacturing, and PCBA processes.

*Knowledge of Automotive EMI/EMC requirements.

*Experience with Altium Designer, LTspice, CANoe/CANalyzer, JIRA, and Polarion.*Familiarity with MS Project and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹515,947.68 - ₹1,757,205.13 per year
